Shaver Lake Triathlon at Lake Evans

The Shaver Lake Triathlon is now at Lake Evans in the Buena Vista Recreational Area due to fire-fighting activity and air quality near Shaver Lake. Kern County Parks & Recreation allowed the relocation. The course is fast and flat, with a finisher's medal, event t-shirt, and free race photos. A tri-tip sandwich lunch with bottled beverages and Rosa Brothers chocolate milk is available, along with prizes, giveaways, and music.
