Sloth Run SACRAMENTO 2026

Sloth Run Sacramento offers a 5K, 10K, or half marathon in Sacramento, organized by the Sloth Runners Club for those seeking a low-pressure run or walk. Waves are limited to 15 to 20 participants, with starts at 7:30, 8:30, and 9:00 AM. Late starters can begin upon arrival if coordinators are present. Timing chips are not used, but participants can request coordinators to record their time using bib numbers provided on race day. The event is designed for participants to finish at their own pace, accommodating walkers, first-time runners, younger participants with a guardian, and regular runners. There is no packet pickup; shirts and other merchandise are mailed to the registration address, and bibs are distributed at the race. Finishers may request a medal post-run. Sold-out waves typically offer a waitlist or the option to switch to a virtual run, which can be completed anywhere and includes optional tracking and text support from a coach.
