Sole to City Half Marathon & 2-Mile

The Sole to City Half Marathon & 2-Mile is a Youngstown running event offering two distances: a half marathon starting at 7:30 a.m. and a 2-mile walk/run starting at 8:00 a.m. The half marathon is in its second year, while the shorter event provides families and casual runners a more accessible option on the same morning. The half marathon route goes through Mill Creek Park and concludes downtown in Youngstown. The 2-mile route is an out-and-back course through Downtown Youngstown; children 12 and under can participate in this distance at no cost. Following the races, attendees will convene at Penguin City Brewing for an afterparty and gathering.
