Sole to Soul 5K and Kid's 1K (18th Annual) 2026

The Sole to Soul 5K and Kid's 1K are great for families. Both races offer finisher medals. The flat & fast course is suitable for first timers and competitive runners, and is traditionally one of the area's fastest 5Ks. High school and elementary school cross country runners (ages 18 and under) receive a discount, making it a good tune-up for cross country season. This week-night event is part of the 18th Anniversary Celebration, with restaurants nearby.
