Sweat Bar Fitness Summer Slay 5K & 1 Mile Fun Walk

The Sweat Bar Fitness Summer Slay 5K starts and ends at Helicon Brewing in Oakdale. The 5K course runs 1.55 miles out on the Panhandle trail towards McDonald and back.
