Take Heart 10K & 5K 2027

Take Heart 10K & 5K is an all-female running event based at Spinout at Swann Plaza in Tyler, Texas. Runners can choose either a 10K or 5K, with morning start windows for both distances. The event is built around women's health, with a race-day setup that includes on-course support, RaceJoy interactive course technology, gear check, sponsor and vendor booths, and refreshments after the run. The race comes from the organizers behind the Corkscrew Wine Run and The Diva Du. A portion of proceeds supports The Center for Healthy Living, a free health education and resource center serving East Texas, and runners can add a direct donation during registration. The field is meant for women across a range of running backgrounds, with the shorter 5K offering an accessible option and the 10K giving returning runners a longer goal on the same morning.
