The Ascent Red River Gorge 5K & 10K Trail Races 2026

Run, walk, or hike hilly courses on private property in the Red River Gorge. The 5K and a new 10K for 2026 start and finish at Natural Bridge Campground. Finishers medals and commemorative T-shirts are awarded. This is a cupless race; bring your hydration system. Walkers, hikers, and participants ages 12-18 are welcome, with a 4-hour time limit.
