The Dad Wave 5K

The Dad Wave 5K is a track 5K held at Aptos High School in Aptos, California. A 3K Family Fun Run shares the same program. Both events begin in the morning. The day is designed for runners, walkers, families, and those who prefer to cheer from the stands. The setting resembles a stadium gathering more than a road race, featuring music, cheering, family activities, community vendors, and a finish line within the school venue.
