Tri Louisville 2026

Tri Louisville is a short-course triathlon held in Louisville, Kentucky. It takes place at the Brown-Forman Amphitheater in Waterfront Park during July. The event provides Sprint and Olympic distances, with options for individual participation, two-person relays, three-person relays, and a virtual option for those wishing to complete any distance independently. The race begins with a swim in the Ohio River, followed by bike and run segments through downtown Louisville. The finish line is located back at Waterfront Park, keeping the day's activities focused on the riverfront instead of a distant transition area. This series is in its 12th year. Its structure suits a city triathlon, featuring open-water swimming, urban roads, skyline views, relay teams, solo racers, and a short-course format suitable for both seasoned triathletes and those progressing from shorter races.
