The Tribe Fitness Challenge: Stadium is a Saturday fitness race held at 2 Stadium Way in Lakewood, New Jersey. It centers on short running intervals combined with workout stations. Rather than a typical road course, participants navigate eight zones, each separated by 400-meter runs. This format assesses strength, endurance, pacing, and the capacity to maintain effort when fatigued. Competitors can enter as individuals in Elite Singles or Open Singles, team up with a partner in Elite Doubles or Open Doubles, or compete as a gym team in the Gym Champions Relay.
The stations feature a 25-calorie Assault Bike, 20 box hop burpees, a 750-meter ski erg, a 750-meter row, a 100-meter farmer's carry, and a 100-meter sled push. Two additional zones remain undisclosed until race day. The farmer's carry involves 45-pound kettlebells for men and 25-pound kettlebells for women. The sled push is set at 300 pounds for men and 200 pounds for women. Elite competitors are eligible for age-group prizes and banners. Doubles teams have the flexibility to divide the zones as they see fit. A Kids Race offers a separate fitness challenge and a finisher medal for younger participants.
