Woodville School Teddy Trot 5k Run/Walk

The Woodville School Teddy Trot is a fall 5k run, walk, and family stroll at Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield, Massachusetts. The course begins on Church Street and concludes on the lower common near the gazebo, with proceeds benefiting Woodville Elementary School. This event is designed for the school community, bringing together students, teachers, families, and friends for a shared morning. The 5k route encircles the lake. Additionally, Woodville students participate in their own grade-level dashes prior to the main 5k. The dash does not require formal online registration. The morning also features student warm-up dances before the short races commence. Attendees are encouraged to wear Wakefield spirit gear or red and white, lending the Teddy Trot a school-field-day atmosphere rather than that of a typical road race.
