The 17th Annual Pink Pumpkin Run is a community event supporting mammography and cancer services at Marshall Medical Centers. It will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Guntersville Civitan Park. The event features a 5K run and a 1 Mile Fun Run. Activities include music, children's activities, photo opportunities, and a pancake brunch. Costumes are encouraged. Proceeds benefit local women's cancer services.
