Elevate OT & Fit Anniversary 5K 2026

The Elevate OT & Fit Anniversary 5K is a morning run and walk at Grant Park, from 9:00 AM to noon in August. It commemorates the anniversary of Elevate OT & Fit, a wellness group established in August 2023 to help individuals build strength, confidence, and lasting habits. The event accommodates all paces, allowing runners, joggers, walkers, friends, and family to participate without prior race experience. Virtual participants can join from any location. Following the 5K, snacks and water will be available, and the gathering offers an opportunity to connect with the Elevate OT & Fit community.
