Esbjerg Kids Challenge 2026 Powered by CRAFT

The Esbjerg Kids Challenge is a mud-and-obstacle race for children and teenagers aged 6 to 15, held at Guldager Idrætscenter in Esbjerg V. The event begins at 10:00 AM, with the start area opening at 9:00 AM. Participation is limited to 1,000 runners. The race is divided by age group: participants aged 6 to 9 will complete a 3 km course, while those aged 10 to 15 will run 5 km. The course features 30 obstacles involving mud, water, and sand. Participants are not required to complete every obstacle; they may bypass any that prove too difficult. Spectators can follow the action from designated routes but cannot enter the course or impede runners. Volunteers are stationed at most obstacles, and lifeguards are present at deeper water features. This event is structured as a children's race, not a family run.
