Here and Now Project 5K for Today 2026

The Seventh Annual Here and Now Project 5K For Today is a hybrid event. Participate in person at Rogers High School or virtually. This family-friendly event supports the paralysis community, with proceeds helping to connect and empower the community through direct outreach to people who are newly injured. All participants receive a race bib, sticker, and t-shirt. Connect on the Strava app and social media.
