Rock and Run for Mental Health 2026

Rochester Community Park hosts the Rock and Run for Mental Health, a 5k race and 1-mile fun run/walk with live music. A food truck and wellness vendors will be present. Proceeds provide free counseling to uninsured individuals and those in need.
