Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk - North Idaho 2026

The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk - North Idaho honors Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter who died on September 11, 2001. He ran through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to the Twin Towers in his gear. This event remembers 9/11 and supports first responders and military. Now in its 6th year, the course follows the Centennial Trail along Coeur d’Alene Lake. Firefighter turnout gear and military backpacks are welcome, with awards for those running in gear.
