Corrida de Rua - Jaboticabal 2026

Corrida e Caminhada Pela Vida is a community race and walk in Jaboticabal, Brazil, connected to Setembro Amarelo, Brazil’s suicide-prevention awareness campaign. It begins in the late afternoon from Clube da Terceira Idade on Avenida Carlos Berchieri, offering a 5 km run and a 3 km walk to accommodate various fitness levels. Registration is managed online via the Municipal Chamber website, where participants acknowledge the rules and their physical condition. The event is organized by the Legislative School, with backing from the Municipal Chamber, the Prefecture of Jaboticabal, the Foundation for the Support of Sport, and private partners like UNIMED. Initial demand was high, with the first registration batch filling in under 24 hours; additional spots were subsequently created through new collaborations. Participants are encouraged to wear yellow shirts in support of the campaign, and all officially registered finishers will receive a participation medal.
