The Einhorn-Triathlon Bremen takes place at Stadtwaldsee in Bremen, a lake also known to locals as Unisee. It is organized as a single race day featuring a Sprint distance: 750 meters swimming, approximately 20 kilometers cycling, and 5 kilometers running. Additionally, there is a Volks triathlon and a relay option covering 500 meters swimming, about 20 kilometers cycling, and 5 kilometers running.
The event is designed for a diverse range of participants, not exclusively seasoned triathletes. Competitions or start groups are provided for adults, relay teams, pupils, and youth racers. The Sprint race is the most populated, with about 300 participants anticipated, whereas the Volks and relay races, along with the pupil and youth races, are smaller in scale. Triathlon Club Bremen organizes the event. The location holds significance as Bremen's inaugural triathlon was also held at this lake.
