Corrida de Montcornet 2026

Corrida de Montcornet is a town race held within Montcornet's walls, not on open country roads. This was the event's second running, with the main race featuring a compact 2 km loop completed four times. The course concentrated its challenge into that repeating circuit, including a 700 m climb at a 4% gradient each lap. Three runners from Cappy participated: Claude Vaillant placed 46th overall in 41:52 and second in the master 5 category. Exovina Renault finished 54th in 45:28, winning master 1. Christelle Vaillant was also present, assisting at the timing station.
