O wyścigu
L'Urban Trail de Romans is a night running event in Romans-sur-Isère, offering 6 km and 12 km races through the town. Organized by the Ville de Romans-sur-Isère and the Entente Athlétique Romanaise et Péageoise, this event marks its 10th edition. A record 1,500 runners participated despite the dark, cold, and rain.
The event combines competitive racing with a lively, costume-party atmosphere. Hocine Boutria secured his eighth victory in the 12 km race, and Sarah Rouquier finished first among women for the fourth consecutive edition over the same distance. Arsène Gonon-Liaud and Lola Humbert led the 6 km race. Further back, groups of friends ran for enjoyment, the "minionnettes" won best costume for their effort to "bring color to the race," and some participants wore fairy lights along the night course.
