La YUL

La YUL is a race day in Prémesques, a village near Lille, offering options for walking, gentle running, or a more challenging pace. The program features a 5 km walk, an 8.5 km race, and a 10 km run, all designed around enjoyment rather than pressure. Virtual versions of all three distances are available for those unable to attend in person. The route combines open-air sections with local heritage, guiding participants between the countryside and the "châteaux and fields" of Prémesques, avoiding anonymous roads. The event supports a charitable cause, maintains a simple and social atmosphere, and includes a free Mini YUL for children, encouraging family participation rather than treating the race as an adults-only activity.
