Trail de la Montagnarde 2026

Trail de la Montagnarde is a trail race held in late June in Ablain-Saint-Nazaire, located in the Pas-de-Calais region of northern France. The event provides five race distances: 1 km and 2 km for children or shorter runs, and 9 km, 16 km, and 30 km trail options. This variety accommodates families, less experienced runners, and those seeking a longer off-road morning. The longer courses feature significant elevation gain for the region. The 9 km route includes 197 m of climbing, the 16 km has 320 m, and the 30 km reaches 650 m. Both the 30 km and 9 km races are known as “le doux enfer,” or “the sweet hell,” reflecting the blend of scenic running and demanding effort. Organized by TTR, the race has been running for thirty years and primarily attracts trail runners and those who appreciate nature.
