Trail en Côte-Rôtie

Trail en Côte-Rôtie begins and ends in Ampuis, a small rural commune in the Rhône department of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. This autumn trail-running event offers three race distances: 13 km, 25 km, and 46 km. The 46 km route is the most demanding, featuring 2500 metres of elevation gain. The courses wind through the Côte-Rôtie vineyards, with climbs originating from the wine-growing hills surrounding the village. Now in its sixth edition, the event welcomes both runners and walkers, not exclusively seasoned trail specialists. Participants navigate through a renowned Rhône Valley wine region before any wine tasting occurs.
