O wyścigu
Wish One Millau Grands Causses is a gravel race held in Millau, located in France's Aveyron region, featuring routes across the Grands Causses. As the French event in the UCI Gravel World Series, it attracts serious international gravel racers, while also providing shorter routes for non-elite participants. The available distances are 40 km, 87 km, and 130 km, with the 40 km OPEN route designed for newer riders to enter the event.
The course crosses the limestone plateau landscape surrounding Millau, a setting well-suited for gravel cycling and appealing to riders seeking rugged roads, expansive terrain, and an event away from urban environments. The participant list can feature top male and female riders from the Trek UCI Gravel World Series, alongside amateur cyclists aiming for a demanding day in the Grands Causses. Now in its fourth edition, this relatively new race gains significance from its World Series affiliation, elevating it beyond a standard local gravel competition.
