IX. Ultra Tisza-tó 130

Tisza Lake is the focus: a long ultra race centered around one of the region's most beautiful nature conservation areas, with the race headquarters located beside the beach at Morotva cycling rest park. The ninth edition has a practical Hungarian ultra character: solo runners, relay teams, and corporate teams all operate from the same base, each facing their own version of a very long day. The route completes a full loop of the lake and crosses the new bridges, so it is not a simple out-and-back along the shore. Expect a field divided between individuals pushing through alone and crews managing handoffs, aid stations, bike escorts, and the typical calculations needed late in the race. At the finish, there is a named finisher tape and medal for those who meet the time limit, a RESPECT medal for solo runners who finish outside it, plus alcohol-free beer, massage, and a hearty bread reception that fits the effort involved.
