The Sports Fields on Millwater Parkway set the tone: simple, local, and easy to fit into a Saturday routine. Millwater parkrun is a free, timed, "community-focused 5km event" without race-day fuss, where runners, walkers, beginners, casual participants, and volunteers all mix.
