AdventHealth Moonlight Beach Run 2027

The AdventHealth Moonlight Beach Run is a race held on Daytona Beach as daylight fades and the moon rises over the sand. The event offers a 5K run/walk, a 10K run, and the 15K Bandshell Challenge, which combines the 5K and 10K run on the same day. A virtual option is available for the 5K, 10K, or 15K challenge. All in-person courses are an out-and-back format on the hard-packed sand of Daytona Beach, known as the World’s Most Famous Beach. The 5K is the shorter distance, while the 10K provides more time along the shoreline before the turn-around. The Bandshell Challenge offers an additional incentive: completing both distances earns a third bonus medal in addition to the standard finisher medals. All participants receive a long sleeve race shirt, and all finishers get a medal, contributing to the beach-night atmosphere.
