Bleeding Disorders of Kentucky Hemo Hustle

The BDoKY Hemo Hustle is a community run and walk held at Clear Creek Park in Shelbyville, Kentucky. The start is located at the Colonel Sanders Shelter, Access No. 2. While the primary distance is 5K, mapped 4K, 3K, and 2K routes are available, allowing participants to select a shorter distance instead of the full course. Bleeding Disorders of Kentucky presents this event, which benefits children and families throughout the state who are affected by bleeding disorders. This event is in its third year and offers registration for adults and children 12 and under. Standard registration includes a T-shirt; a reduced-price option without a T-shirt is offered for those who wish to participate without one. The 5K includes a competitive element with custom awards for the top three male and female finishers, while also accommodating families, casual walkers, and new participants.
