Champion Paws 5K

The Champion Paws 5K is a dog-friendly 5K held at Shelby Farms Park, welcoming runners, walkers, and dogs. The course is measured and certified by MRTC and USA Track & Field, ensuring it is a proper 5K distance. The race benefits Team Memphis Rescue & Support, an all-breed rescue group dedicated to finding permanent homes for abandoned, neglected, and lost pets. The organization depends on volunteers, foster homes, and donations; therefore, race entries directly fund their animal rescue efforts. All finishers will receive medals, and custom awards will be presented to the overall male and female winners, masters and grandmasters winners, and the top three finishers in each age group.
