Chisholm Trail Trot 5K

The Chisholm Trail Trot 5K is a chip-timed 5K in Clearwater, Kansas, run on a grass cross country course that includes sections of the actual Chisholm Trail. The event also offers a Tots Trot, allowing families to bring younger children into the race day activities instead of limiting it to a standard 5K. The race is connected to Clearwater’s Annual Fall Festival, with finishers receiving a free festival button upon completion. A parade begins at 10 AM on race day, and the event includes cash prizes for the top three adult men and women, plus separate cash awards for the top three runners aged 17 and under.
