EDRRC - Ryan's Run Superhero 5k, Villain 10K and Kids (Free) Fun Run. 2026

Ryan's Run offers participants a choice: the Superhero 5K, the Villain 10K, or the free Kids Fun Run. Hosted by the Eastern Dutchess Road Runners Club in Pawling, New York, the children's race begins at 9:30 a.m., followed by the 5K and 10K at 10:00 a.m. The primary route is a 5K circuit within the Town and Village of Pawling; the Superhero 5K covers one circuit, and the Villain 10K covers two. The children's race follows a brief out-and-back path in the park. A comic-book theme adds to the enjoyment, with participants encouraged to wear costumes as heroes or villains. All funds raised support the Ryan McElroy Foundation.
