Flanigan's Rockin' Rib Run 10K

Flanigan's Rockin' Rib Run 10K is a morning 10K held at Miramar Regional Park in Miramar, Florida. The main race starts and finishes within the park. A Kids Dash follows the same schedule, and a VIP 10K offers runners enhanced race-day access. The field is limited to 3,000 participants, positioning it as a well-attended local road race. The course is a flat, fast out-and-back route on Miramar roads, suitable for runners aiming for a personal best and accessible for those new to the 10K distance. The post-race offerings are distinct: participants receive complimentary beer, wine, and baby back ribs from Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill.
