O wyścigu
All races in the Hill Valley 88 Miler start and finish in front of the clock tower, establishing a distinct center of gravity for the event. This multi-day running series takes place in Hill Valley, California, spanning late September into October. The main event is an 88-mile race, complemented by a virtual 88-mile option, a one-mile fun run/walk, and a half-mile race. In-person races commence in the morning, allowing the shorter events to share the start-line energy with long-distance participants.
The course details are limited, but the structure suggests a community race with a strong nostalgic theme, centered around the clock tower and the number 88. The initial 1,000 participants will receive a limited-edition “88 Miler” hat. Gift certificates are also available for runners and fans. Packet pickup is available before race day at Moorestown Running Company in New Jersey, with race-morning pickup at the community center near the start line. Participants receive complimentary parking, while spectators are charged for parking behind the clock tower or in the garage on 3rd Street.
