Paddle around Higgens Point into Blue Creek Bay, then double back to the paddle exit before running along the Centennial Trail. The long course adds a paddle-run-paddle-run sequence. This race honors Jen, who loved the outdoors, running, and kayaking. She lived fully despite facing cystic fibrosis. Proceeds from the Jen McKenna Paddle and Run benefit Companions Animal Shelter.
