Monster Kids Triathlon

The Monster Kids Triathlon is an untimed event for ages 4 to 13, held as the Keller kids race during Monster Triathlon weekend. It is structured around age-group distances, so younger children complete a short first triathlon while older kids still face a swim-bike-run challenge. Leap Frogs, ages 4 to 6, swim 25 yards, bike 1 mile, and run 1/3 mile. Road Runners, ages 7 to 10, swim 75 yards, bike 2 miles, and run 1 mile. Gladiators, ages 11 to 13, swim 125 yards, bike 3 miles, and run 1 mile. The event has been held for about two decades and typically sells out before race day, with no wait list once spots are filled.
