Moonlight Howl 5K Run/Walk

Moonlight Howl is a nighttime 5K run/walk in Ballwin, Missouri, beginning at 9 PM from The Wolf Cafe. The race starts with participants howling at the moon, then proceeds with a short after-dark run or walk, avoiding a hot daytime start. As part of the Ballwin Race Series, finishers earn series points regardless of their placement. The event accommodates both runners and walkers, offering water and electrolyte drink on the course. Participants should carry their own nutrition. Awards are presented to the top two finishers overall and within age groups ranging from 0-19 to 80+. Registration includes a long-sleeve shirt, a finisher medal, and live results. Post-race, participants receive food, music, and one complimentary drink from The Wolf Cafe Tap Room. A portion of each entry fee benefits the Ballwin Parks and Recreation Scholarship Fund.
