Palmetto Bluff Buffalo Run 10K, 30K, 50K Ultra and Relay

The Palmetto Bluff Buffalo Run is an annual trail race in Bluffton, South Carolina, held on the trails of Palmetto Bluff, a 20,000-acre Lowcountry property. Participants can select from a 10K, 30K, or 50K ultra, and the event also offers a 10K walk. The longer distances commence earlier in the morning, with the 50K starting first, followed by the 30K, and then the 10K. The course features tree-shaded single track, dirt trail, and gravel road. The 10K route extends 6.2 miles into Palmetto Bluff’s old maritime forest. The 30K can be completed solo or as a three-person relay, while the 50K is available for solo runners or five-person relays. The race supports the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy, directly linking the event to the land it crosses.
