Pine Knoll Shores Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk & 1.5 Mile Dog Stroll

The Pine Knoll Shores Turkey Trot is a free Thanksgiving morning 5K run/walk and 1.5-mile dog stroll held in Pine Knoll Shores, North Carolina. It begins at McNeill Park and maintains a limited size, with registration capped at 400 participants. The Town of Pine Knoll Shores Parks and Recreation Committee sponsors this event, which supports the Hope for the Warriors Angel Tree Project. The 5K follows a 3.1-mile path through town streets and a portion of the Crystal Coast Country Club golf course. The dog stroll covers a 1.5-mile route around the streets. Dogs and baby strollers are permitted in the event, though not on the golf course section. The format accommodates runners, walkers, families, and dog owners. Water, bananas, and treats are available at the finish, with optional event T-shirts for purchase.
