Run Wild 5K, 10K and Smokey Bear Kids Fun Run

Run Wild offers three distances within Potawatomi State Park in Sturgeon Bay: a 5K run/walk, a 10K run, and a 1/3-mile Smokey Bear Fun Run for children ages 2 to 10. The 5K and 10K begin simultaneously in the morning with a gun start and chip-timed finish, followed by the kids' run. The logistics are park-focused: race-day packet pickup is at Potawatomi State Park, with an earlier option at Bay Shore Outfitters in Sturgeon Bay. The park entrance fee is waived for the morning, but the entrance closes before the races commence, requiring runners to arrive early. Pets are not permitted, and medals are presented post-race.
