TC Jester Half Marathon & 10k 2026

The TC Jester Half Marathon & 10k is a free, unofficial loop run on TC Jester Boulevard in Houston, offering 10 km and 21.1 km distances. It is characterized as a "fatass" run, typically indicating a low-key event emphasizing self-sufficiency over formal race organization. Participants receive water stations and unexpected items, with the option to store a bag at the sag station. The course consists of short repetitions on and near the TC Jester bridge and adjacent bayou. Each loop begins on the southwest side of the bridge, proceeds north across it, descends toward the bayou, follows a downhill section, turns east beneath TC Jester, ascends a ramp back to the bridge, and then heads south and under TC Jester to the starting point. The half marathon covers approximately ten loops, and the 10K covers about four.
