O wyścigu
The Electric Cookie Run is a holiday-season run at Green Lake in Seattle, offering 5k and 10k distances around one or two loops of the lake. It begins at 5 pm, providing an evening race instead of the typical early-morning start. The concept is straightforward: run first, then eat cookies.
The Green Lake course is flat and fast. The 5k covers nearly one full 2.8-mile loop, and the 10k covers two. Participants are encouraged to wear holiday attire. Finishers get a medal, and the post-race table features cookies from Seattle bakeries, adding a playful element compared to a standard neighborhood race.
