The Kenmore Quad

The Kenmore Quad is a four-sport community race held at Log Boom Park in Kenmore, Washington, situated on North Lake Washington adjacent to Sammamish. Taking place in August, the event features a swim, bike, run, and paddle sequence, giving it the feel of a local quad rather than a typical triathlon. The race is untimed, with a 9am to noon window designed for participation and completion. The paddle segment accommodates either kayak or SUP, and participants may select Sprint, Paddle, or Relay formats. Distances for the race segments are listed as 2.1, 2.6, 6.4, and 9.7 km. This race series is in its third year.
