O wyścigu
Tuesday Night Thunder (TNT) is a weeknight criterium bike racing series held in Louisville, Colorado, with races each Tuesday beginning in June. It offers local riders a consistent midweek competition, removing the need to wait for a weekend road event. The format features short, quick laps rather than a lengthy point-to-point course.
The TNT loop measures 0.6 miles per lap, including three wide 90-degree corners and a long, gradual sweeping uphill turn leading to the start/finish line. Each lap gains approximately 27 feet, sufficient to make repeated accelerations significant without transforming the race into a climb. The course accommodates beginners, race numbers are worn on the right side, and the series is presented by HUNT Wheels and Louisville Cyclery. Sanitas Sports frames the event around accessible local racing and community engagement.
