Every distance at the Wild Florida Trail Run finishes at Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park in White Springs, Florida. This November trail race from Run Bum Races offers 50K, 25K, and 10K options for runners seeking a short loop, a long point-to-point day, or a distance in between.
The 50K begins in Suwannee Springs and returns to the park, featuring minimal trail repetition, three aid stations, and a cutoff time of approximately ten and a half hours. The 25K is also point-to-point, whereas the 10K is a single loop. Runners may purchase a pre-race shuttle for the point-to-point courses. The race donates proceeds to the Florida Trail Association, the nonprofit organization responsible for building, maintaining, protecting, and promoting hiking trails throughout Florida; recent editions have contributed five-figure sums to this cause. Run Bum Races states its events are designed by trail and ultra runners for trail and ultra runners, offering well-marked routes and well-stocked aid stations.
