Eagle and Child Trail Run 2026

The Eagle and Child Trail Run starts at Red Hill Auditorium, leading into the native bushland of John Forrest National Park and the Perth Hills. The course offers a genuine trail running atmosphere, featuring jarrah and marri forest, seasonal wildflowers, and valley views during climbs. The run combines single-track and fire trails with undulating terrain and sections featuring tree roots, rocks, and creek crossings that require focus. A shorter route is available for beginners, while experienced runners can tackle the elevation and rugged terrain for panoramic views over the Swan Coastal Plain. The finish area provides a relaxed atmosphere with music, food trucks, and friends, concluding a true trail running event.
