Pymble Fun Run

The Pymble Fun Run starts and finishes at Pymble Public School on Crown Road in Pymble, on Sydney's North Shore. It is a local September event offering two choices: a gentle 2km course and a more demanding 5km run or walk. The day is designed for families, first-timers, walkers, and runners, not a large competitive field. Both routes go through Pymble's tree-lined residential streets and return to the school. The 2km option is suitable for beginners, children, and people in costume, while the 5km route presents more of a challenge on undulating suburban roads. The event is in its second year, and its primary purpose is fundraising, with proceeds supporting local children, Pymble Public School, and associated schools. After the run, the Run Village creates a neighbourhood gathering atmosphere at the school finish area.
