Run Forrest Trail Run

Under the Otway canopy, this is "Mystical winter trail running" with the damp, enclosed forest feel that makes you check your footing and grin. The Run Forrest Trail Run is "100% Pure Trail Running in the Otways," staged out of Forrest and now in its 14th annual running, giving it the feel of a winter trail ritual. The day centers around Race Village, with bib pickup, a compulsory briefing, staggered starts, and presentations there once results are cleared. Expect proper trail running through the "winter wonderland we now know as Forrest," with kids and families participating alongside runners chasing the longer distances; children under eight need an adult, giving the shorter event a family-on-the-trails feel.
