Sobre esta prova
At the CV Exhibition Grounds, the CVRR Backyard Ultra sends runners out on the same 6.706 km loop at the top of every hour. That loop is called a “yard,” and the format is simple: finish the yard, wait for the next hour, then start again with the rest of the field.
The marked route runs through the forests, fields, and river trails around the grounds. There is no fixed finish time or set number of laps; runners keep repeating the pattern until only one person is willing to start another yard. Anyone who stops can stay around the race area, relax, and watch the remaining runners continue.
