21. Volksbank-Bever-Lauf 2026

The Volksbank-Bever-Lauf is an afternoon running event held at Beverstadion in Ostbevern. It offers starts from a 400 m Bambini run up to a measured 10 km race. The program also features a 2 km schoolchildren’s race, a 5 km run, a half marathon, and a four-person half marathon relay. This variety accommodates children, youth runners, adults, solo runners, and teams. The 10 km Volksbank-Bever-Lauf is the third race in the Volksbank-Cup series, which includes Ostbevern, Einen, Telgte, and Everswinkel. The relay consists of four legs, each approximately 5.28 km, with the exchange zone located at Beverstadion. The team's time is recorded when the fourth runner crosses the finish line. Changing rooms and showers are available at the stadium. Trophies are awarded to the top three men and women in each race, while Bambini runners receive a small gift. The finish area provides Lauftee, mineral water, non-alcoholic beer, Fassbrause, cake, and grilled sausages.
